What we treat

Full upper-extremity evaluation, surgery, and reconstruction

Rotator cuff tears, impingement, frozen shoulder, and reconstructive surgery.

— Rotator cuff tears — from partial tears managed conservatively to surgical repair
— Shoulder impingement and bursitis — inflammation causing pain with overhead movement
— Adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) — progressive stiffness managed with therapy or, when needed, surgery
— Shoulder arthroscopy and reconstructive procedures for instability or structural damage

Epicondylitis, olecranon bursitis, and nerve entrapment.

— Epicondylitis (tennis elbow / golfer's elbow) — overuse tendon pain on the outer or inner elbow
— Olecranon bursitis — swelling and pain at the tip of the elbow
— Nerve entrapment syndromes affecting hand sensation and grip

Wrist fractures, scaphoid injuries, and TFCC tears.

— Wrist fractures, including distal radius fractures common after a fall
— Scaphoid fractures — easily missed on first X-ray, a particular focus of careful evaluation
— TFCC tears — a common cause of persistent wrist pain on the pinky side

Trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, and Dupuytren's contracture.

— Trigger finger — a finger that catches or locks when bending
— Carpal tunnel syndrome — numbness and tingling from nerve compression at the wrist
— Dupuytren's contracture — thickening tissue in the palm that can pull fingers into a bent position

Tendon repair and reconstruction of the upper extremity.

— Repair and reconstruction of torn or ruptured tendons throughout the upper extremity
— Post-repair rehabilitation coordinated with Movement Lab
